I know that many of you are experiencing ch
allenging times; some towers don't have enough ringers to practise eve
ry week, some towers have learners who are struggling to progress, and at l
east one tower has fallen silent altogether. I expect all towers coul
d do with some more recruits. I was wondering whether you would find
it helpful to have a "tower captains' pow-pow" - an opportunity to discuss
the challenges we're facing, exchange ideas, and think of ways we can help
each other. The committee is also interested to hear your suggestions
for training and recruitment needs.
