There will be a Joint Eastern and Southern District Surprise Maj or at Chiddingly Friday 4th April at 19:15
It is hoped the s ession will be of benefit for those taking steps in learning and ringing su rprise major. Emphasis is likely to be on Cambridge and Yorkshire but if th ere is demand the repertoire could include anything from the standard eight and core seven (Cambridge, Yorkshire, Superlative, London, Bristol, Lessne ss and Cornwall).
Chiddingly is an easy to ring set of eight bells ne ar the village pub the Six Bells. This could be visited afterwards. Parking is available in the car park just outside the tower and the entrance is vi a the base of the tower.
