 and Join the Western District on this Saturday&nbsp; 31st May, for an outin
 g in the East End of London visiting towers in the Docklands area. This is

 – SATURDAY 31SY MAY 2025!</p><p>TRANSPORT DETAILS</p><p>If travelling into 
 Victoria take the underground to Tower Hill, the Docklands Light Railway (D
 LR) station at Tower Gateway is a few minutes walk away. If arriving at Lon
 don Bridge station it is easiest to walk to Tower Gateway.</p><p>On the DLR
  take a train bound for Beckton, alight at Limehouse station. Cross over an
 d walk along Basin Approach and then turn left to go up to Commercial Road 
 and then turn right, St Anne’s church is a little further along on the left
 hand side.</p><p><strong>10.20 – 11.10. Limehouse, St Anne. 10, 12.3.25</st
 rong></p><p>Retrace your steps after to ringing and head back to Limehouse 
 DLR station. You will need a Lewisham bound train and travel to Island Gard
 ens. Walk to the main road, A1206, turn left and a short distance is Christ
  Church, Isle of Dogs on the corner of Glenaffric Avenue.</p><p><strong>12.
 00 – 12.45. Isle of Dogs, Christ Church. 8, 10.3.27</strong></p><p>Walk bac
 k to the A1206, and find bus stop C5, you need to catch the D7 bus going no
 rth. Stay on the bus until Poplar High Street, Blackwall. When you have got
  off the bus walk west along Poplar High Street before turning right into B
 azely Street; you should see the church infront of you.</p><p><strong>2.10 
 – 3.00. Poplar, All Saints. 10, 23.3.6</strong></p><p>After ringing exit on
 to Newby Place and walk to All Saint’s DLR station. Eventually you will nee
 d a train bound for Tower Gateway, this may entail a change at Poplar DLR s
 tation.Stay on the train all the way to Thames Gateway Station.&nbsp; Come 
 out of the station and and walk north up Minories for 40 metres when you sh
 ould turn left into America Squsre.&nbsp; Follow this for a short distance 
 until you reach Cross Wall, turn left, when you reach the junction with Coo
 per's Row, continue straight ahead into Crutched Friars which then leads in
 to Hart Streret, the church is on the left.</p><p><strong>3.40 – 4.20.&nbsp
 ;&nbsp;<strong>Hart Street, St Olave. 8, 11.3.20</strong></strong></p><p>Co
 me out of the church and walk south down Mark Lane, at the junction with Gr
 eat Tower Streret, turn right and walk along.&nbsp; Carrying straight ahead
  it turns into Eastcheap.&nbsp; At the major junction continue straight ahe
 ad into Cannon Street, just past Cannon Street Railway Station turn left do
 wn Dowgate Hill.&nbsp; Almost immediately, turn into&nbsp; Cloak Lane and w
 alk along to the third road on the left.&nbsp; This is Garlick Hill, go dow
 n here and the church is immediately in front of you.&nbsp; Entry is at the
  wet end under the tower, don't worry if the gate is locked shut.&nbsp; I w
 ill have collected the necessary keys for access!!!</p><p><strong>4.50 – 5.
 30.&nbsp; Garlickhythe, St James. 8 9.1.25.&nbsp; The Royal Jubilee Bells</
 strong></p><p>Then it is time to make your way back to the railway station
