David had a very long period of ringing - since 196 8 (!) He spent many years as tower captain, sometime secretary of SCACR, an d more particularly training many young ringers. He was intrumental in re-e stablishing the band at All Saints Eastbourne in 2006.
 
It is hoped that a number of quarters will be rung in David's memor y, not only at All Saints', but at other towers throughout Kent and Sussex.
