Walk and Ring.
Bexhill Church and Forewood Mini Ring.
Open ringing at Bexhi
ll (10 bells, 17cwt tenor) from 12:30. before walking/ driving/ train back
to Alan and Louise Pink's to ring on the Forewood mini ring (8 bells)
and have tea.

The initial plan (TBC - update 25/5 but c
heck nearer the time) is:
- 12:30 - Bexhill Church Open Ri
nging (ending approx 13:15) - confirmed
- 13:30 - Walk (
led by Alan Pink), drive or train to Crowhurst (trains at xx:26 fr
om Bexhill to St Leonards Warrior Square and then xx:53 to Crowhurst)
- 15:00 - Ringing at Forewood Mini Ring & Tea
- Return to Bexhill by train (xx:17 from Crowhurst, change at
Warrior Square for xx:59) for those who came up on foot from Bexhill
(or walk again if you are that keen!)
Pa
rking in Crowhurst
The best place to park is at the top of S
tation Road (sat nav TN33 9DB). There is a charge for using the stati
on car park, so it is best to park on the road to the station, taking in to
consideration the local residents driveway access.
Directions to Mini Ring (Southrise)
When parked wal
k to the station, cross the railway line by the footbridge, and follow the
narrow path for a couple of minutes until reaching the main road. Then
turn left and walk down the hill; Southrise is a couple of houses dow
n on the right. Walk up the straight drive to the bells.
Anyone
intending to ring at Bexhill and walk back you can park your car at Cr
owhurst, then catch the train to Bexhill - the church is a short walk from&
nbsp;Bexhill station.
Anyone with mobi
lity problems will of course the welcome to park at the mini ring. Ad
dress is: Southrise, Forewood Lane, Crowhurst, TN33 9AB.
