Ringing with a country walk in the stunning Sussex countryside! Ringi ng at West Grinstead is followed by a social country walk to Cowfold, where we pause for lunch (with several options available!). Post-lunch ringing a t Cowfold is then followed by a stroll back to West Grinstead for those tha t wish! The walk is approximately 1h30, with 1h45 allotted for styles and f ields (please do note some fields may contain cows or horses). The timings for the day are as follows:  9:30am - 10:30am: Ringing at West Grinstead10: 30am - 12:15pm: Walk to Cowfold12:15pm - 1:30pm: Lunch in Cowfold (see belo w)1:30pm - 2:30pm: Ringing at Cowfold 2:30pm - 4:15pm: Walk back to West Gr instead  Attendees are invited to bring a picnic lunch, though a number of other lunch options also exist, including: The Hare and Hounds Pub, Cowfold  (menu available here (https://hareandhoundscowfold.com/menu), 250yds south on A281); Cowfold Cottage Tandoori (details available here (https://www.co wfoldcottagetandoori.co.uk/), within 50yds); the Co-op (within 50yds); and a number of local coffee shops and cafes (also within 50yds).  All are welc ome to attend for as much or as little as they would like, and walking isn' t required if you would just like to join us for ringing!
