The Northern District are hosting an introduction to ringing methods insid
e on
Saturday 1st June, from
10:30 - 12:30, at
Worth, St. Nicholas! This session is aimed at ringers who can c
onfidently ring plain hunt to a method (i.e. with places/ropesight), to int
roduce them to ringing Plain Bob Doubles inside!
The session will explain some of the terminology involved in ringing a met
hod inside, cover some of the ways we can learn methods (e.g. circle of wor
k, and reading a diagram or 'blue line'), but most importantly give you ple
nty of opportunity to ring and practice with a supportive band around you t
