Advanced 7/8-Bell Practice - from Steadman Triples to Surprise Major. "Methods of the Month" are Cambridge and Lessness Surprise Major - other methods will be rung. Come aloang to have a go at something new, get some extra practice in, or ring something you wouldn't have the opportunity to do at your own tower. Plasee sign up in advance (at least 24 hours before; if we don't have enough, we'll cancel).
Please note that under-16s must be accompanied by a parent/guardian (or nominated adult).
This practice will be held at a tower with a well-ventilated ringing room - the ringing room at Balcombe is open to the main body of the church. Attendees are encouraged to take a lateral flow test beforehand, and to use hand sanitiser before ringing; facemasks are now mandatory inside places of worship (unless medically exempt) when not ringing, and strongly recommended while ringing. Numbers of people in the ringing room will be limited - some attendees may be asked to wait in the room outside the ringing room if not ringing.. Bring an extra layer, in case of draughts!
