Event Description:

 

Saturday 11th May 2024.

You’re invited to the Sussex County Association of Change Ringers Annual General Meeting at Ringmer.

Pre-meeting ringing is available as follows;

1.00-2.00pm General Ringing Southover Lewes (10 bells)

1.45-2.30pm General Ringing at St Mary's Barcombe (6bells)

2.30-3.30pm General Ringing at Ringmer St Mary the Virgin (8 bells)

Followed by 

3.30 - 4.00pm Service (approx time) at Ringmer

4.00 - onwards Tea and meeting in Ringmer Village hall (approx time)

The afternoon will have general ringing from rounds onwards. Novice/learners are welcome particularly if you attend with your tutor.

Ringmer, a pleasant village, has a ring of eight well maintained bells.  The ringing chamber is accessed from the interior of the church via a spiral staircase. There is parking near the church and village hall.  The church has toilet facilities.

The meeting and tea will be held in the nearby Village Hall.

Please come along and support the ringing and the have your say at the Annual General Meeting.
